Positive Affirmations
Some of us doubt that affirmations work, while others just wonder how to do them correctly.

In his article entitled, “Positive Affirmation, Do Positive Affirmations Really Work,” Warren Wojnowski suggest that we write our affirmation using the words “I am in the process of…” That way you’ll get around your own natural resistance, because affirmations must be believable by you or they won’t work.
On his audio entitled, “It’s Possible,” Les Brown says it may help for you to tell yourself that “It’s Possible”. So, when you do your affirmations, keep affirming this to keep your subconscious mind from thwarting your efforts.
