Facebook vs The Little Guy Fan Page

Here’s the newest Facebook change–They’ve just removed the Default Landing Tab Option.

One of the features I covered in my 4-part article about creating a Facebook Fan Page was the ability to create a Welcome Tab Page (or Extended Info) for people landing on your fan page for the first time. It is a specific, custom landing tab on your Facebook Fan Page for non-fans to land on so they could learn more about what your Fan Page has to offer. It really adds to your professional image and credibility.

Well, in their “infinite wisdom” Facebook has decided to only allow people with more than 10,000 fans or with an Account Rep to use this option. Facebook vs The Little Guy
