So much mental energy is spent remembering the past and anticipating the future. What a waste of mental energy!
Worry is another face of fear. What is the worst cast scenario? Could you live with that result if it happened? What’s your game plan to pick yourself up?
You can’t change the past — just learn from it and move on. You can’t predict the future, just plan (and expect) the best outcome.
This is all part of working hard to maintain the right mindset.
